GBTA Foundation releases the 2013 Business Traveler Study, Out-of-Policy Travelers and their Impact on the Bottom Line, conducted by Rockbridge

Great Falls, VA – August 22, 2013 – The results of the 2013 Business Traveler Study, Out-of-Policy Travelers and their Impact on the Bottom Line, was released today. Rockbridge conducted the study in North America, Europe, and Australia on behalf of the GBTA Foundation and Concur, and it is the third annual study.

The study highlights the impact of out-of-policy travel choices made by business travelers on organizations’ bottom line. The majority of business travelers are not following corporate travel policies and their decisions cost companies a lot of money. The study also explains why travelers are making these decisions and provides insights to help travel managers adjust policies and strategies to better meet the needs of travelers and companies.
