At the recent 2014 Frontiers in Service Conference hosted by the School of Business Administration at the University of Miami., Rockbridge Founder and Chief Methodologist, Charles Colby, and our colleague A. Parasuraman, presented a paper based on our ongoing technology research, “A Services Landscape Transformed by Technology: Findings from the 2014 National Technology Readiness Survey”. Their presentation unveils our latest research on the impact technology has on our clients, including omnichannel behavior and branchless banking.

About the conference: The 23nd Annual Frontiers in Service Conference is hosted by the School of Business Administration at the University of Miami.
