Sara is a seasoned researcher leading a team focused on large-scale studies that require complex data analysis.  She has played an instrumental role in the development of Rockbridge’s CX dashboard system designed specifically for credit unions, our MaxShare and MaxMindShare solutions based on the Wallet Allocation Rule®, and our SafeSample™ approach to evaluating the quality of data collected using an online panel.  Most recently, she made a major contribution to the analysis of the first American Innovation Index™ study working with our academic partners at Fordham University and the Norwegian School of Economics.

Sara has two decades of experience in market research and serves clients in the travel and hospitality, financial services, and association sectors, among others.  She holds a graduate certificate in Survey Analysis and Design from George Washington University and a B.S. in Marketing from George Mason University.
