Rockbridge presented on small business and technology research issues at Frontiers in Services

Rockbridge president Charles Colby presented on a variety of topics at the 18th Annual Frontiers in Services Conference in Honolulu this year. He shared insights including the enabling role of internet business solutions in the small business sector and the critical pyschographics and demographics that predict consumer technology adoption. Charles’ contributions included a presentation titled The Role of Technology in Small Business Success, which was co-authored by colleagues from Network Solutions, LLC and the Robert H. School of Business. Charles also presented from the Small Business Success Index research on a plenary panel discussion with John Seely Brown on The Big Shift – The Emerging Logic of the 21st Century. Another paper Charles presented was a review of 10 years of trends from the National Technology Readiness Survey, a joint project with Rockbridge, A. Parasuraman and the Center for Excellence in Service at the Robert H. Smith School of Business.
