Founded in 1992 by Roland Rust, the event is the world’s leading annual conference on service research, and draws attendees from 35 countries. It is run by the Center for Excellence in Service at the University of Maryland, the American Marketing Association and INFORMS. Topics include service science, e-service, service innovation, service marketing, service operations, service human resources, service information technology, and customer relationship management.
At this year’s conference, Rockbridge president Charles Colby and A. Parasuraman will present the results to the 2012 National Technology Readiness Survey.
